Terms overview

Clear pilot expectations for KubeDefence.

This is a practical terms overview for product pilots and demos. A formal master agreement can be added before paid production usage.

Pilot scope

Pilots are intended to validate K8s onboarding, agent telemetry, inventory, findings, evidence reports, image scanning, cluster backup workflows, and integrations in a controlled customer environment.

No destructive restore by default

Cluster backup features focus on backup and evidence capture. Restore workflows are not enabled as an uncontrolled self-service action; they require RBAC, approval, and controlled testing.

Security responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for approving cluster access, cloud permissions, S3 bucket ownership, network connectivity, and remediation decisions made inside their environments.
